What you will do

• Lead strategic tender processes, from scope definition to contract execution, negotiations, dispute resolution, and change control.
• Collaborate with race procurement managers, legal, finance, and stakeholders to identify scale opportunities and ensure policy alignment.
• Manage supplier performance with KPIs, SLAs, risk mitigation frameworks, and drive sustainable innovation and digital procurement advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end procurement and supply chain for global packages, with focus on sustainability.
• Expert negotiation skills for complex contracts, cost reductions, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of digital procurement systems, data analysis for improvements, and handling NDAs, PQQs, trackers.
• Confident leadership in high-pressure international environments, cultural awareness, and problem-solving.
