What you will do

• Architect and execute in-depth analyses of KPIs and financial metrics, including MoM, QoQ, and budget vs actuals variances.
• Spearhead the evolution of driver-based financial models and multi-year budget forecasts using Anaplan and Essbase.
• Develop comprehensive P&L statements for Operations and Risk organizations to identify business drivers and predict performance.
• Produce quarterly earnings narratives, performing rigorous stress testing and sensitivity analysis for senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into profitability drivers, such as originations and vendor expenditures, to enhance capital allocation.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to leadership across Operations, Risk, Vendor Management, and Corporate Planning teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financial planning and visualization software such as Anaplan, Essbase, or Tableau.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with Transaction Banking products (payments, liquidity, and cash management).
• Strong ability to distill complex financial narratives for senior executives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
