TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Providing high-level support and service to insurance brokers and policyholders with an accent on product education and administrative insurance functions. Focus on resolving complex customer issues end-to-end and optimizing onboarding processes for new users.
Location: Must be based in the United States. In-office in Provo, UT, or remote if located outside of Utah.
Salary: $53,000 – $60,000 per year

What you will do
- Assist prospective and current customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Educate brokers and insureds on the online quoting and cybersecurity platforms.
- Partner with Team Leads to identify knowledge gaps and update documentation.
- Support training and onboarding for new customer success team members.
- Perform administrative insurance functions to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement product changes based on customer pain points.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing support, service, or customer success roles, ideally in B2B.
- Experience coaching or mentoring peers and new hires in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience creating training materials such as playbooks, wikis, or guides.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry.
