Salary: $60,000 - $71,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as main point of contact for new clients during onboarding and implementation.
  • Guide clients through product activation, implementation, and adoption to meet milestones timely.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless transitions.
  • Provide training, regular check-ins, troubleshooting, and Tier 1 support.
  • Monitor project progress, document records, and propose process improvements.
  • Participate in project scoping and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships
  • Strong multitasking, detail-oriented, and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to simplify technical topics and collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
