TL;DR
Customer Success Associate (EdTech): Managing student onboarding and progress tracking for AI upskilling cohorts with an accent on maximizing completion rates and student satisfaction. Focus on mentoring students, reducing churn, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the learning experience.
Location: Remote (Must be available to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST / US Hours)

What you will do
- Handle student onboarding formalities and welcome each student via call before batch start dates.
- Track individual student progress across multiple cohorts to maximize completion rates.
- Minimize dropouts and deferrals by offering additional guidance and support.
- Collect reviews and referrals from students to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Maintain daily trackers using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all student queries and concerns, mentoring and motivating them as needed.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Experience building and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection tools.
- Available to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or a related field is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management.
