Customer Service Representative (Licensing)

Salary: $35,000 - $58,600 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
• Process and verify customer orders and billing information.
• Assist with account upgrades and provide detailed product and service information.

• Participate in the training and mentoring of new hires.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, non-profit, payroll, or sales tax registration environments.
• Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and databases.
• Strong organizational skills and intermediate problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
