TL;DR

Customer Success Associate: Build upon foundational skills to support and manage the customer lifecycle comprehensively with an accent on proactive engagement, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Focus on onboarding new customers, resolving inquiries, monitoring performance data, and collaborating on product improvements.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - Columbus, OH

Salary: $34,300.00 - $57,400.00 USD (eligible for bonus)

What you will do

• Proactively support onboarding for new customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Assist with renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze customer performance and engagement data.
• Provide training and guidance to customers.
• Ensure implementation schedules, targets, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer feedback for product improvements.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B client service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B client/customer service experience, preferably in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industry.
• Enhanced communication, intermediate problem-solving, analytical skills.
• Technical proficiency in products/services and advanced CRM use.
