What you will do

• Administer the Xactly Incent platform, including configuration, maintenance, and user permission management.
• Translate complex compensation plan documents into reliable system logic and auditable calculations.
• Design and maintain system workflows for plan changes, exceptions, and adjustments.
• Perform regular system setups, hierarchy updates, and conduct UAT testing to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM teams to implement commission and bonus plans and ensure data integration.
• Develop detailed functional requirement documentation (FRD) and create reporting dashboards for end users.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with the Xactly platform, focusing on system configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to manage complex datasets.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system logic.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Xactly CEA or Xactly Connect.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Xactly Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
