Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base + commission bonus and equity

What you will do

• Execute a consultative sales process to increase adoption of alternatives with new and existing users.
• Lead sales coverage and distribution efforts across Southern California and Southern Nevada.
• Provide financial advisor education across registered investment advisors (RIAs), regional/independent broker dealers, and bank trust clientele.
• Build deep proficiency in private credit, private equity, real estate, and hedge fund products.
• Conduct regular in-market meetings with advisors, GP partners, and COIs to monitor market trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the alternative investment industry in a client-facing capacity.
• Expertise in RIA, Independent BD, or Bank distribution segments.
• Must be based in the Southern California area.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
• CAIA certification or willingness to obtain it within three years of hire.
• Demonstrated success in building a region using data and CRM to drive decisions.
