TL;DR

Sr. Account Executive - Strategic (Fintech): Managing consultative sales cycles for large RIAs and Family Offices with an accent on strategic account planning and C-suite engagement. Focus on driving new ARR, negotiating multi-year SaaS contracts, and aligning platform capabilities with client growth priorities.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Drive a strategic sales plan for large RIAs and Family Offices with AUM of $1.5B+.
  • Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and executive engagement to contract closing.
  • Build and manage relationships at the C-suite and board level (CIOs, CEOs, COOs).
  • Architect tailored solutions in collaboration with Pre-Sales, Services, and Product teams.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (40-50% travel expected).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software sales experience.
  • 3+ years focused on wealth management or financial services technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year SaaS contracts in regulated financial environments.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
