What you will do

• Develop and optimize logistics strategies and execution plans for data center materials and equipment.
• Lead a team responsible for inbound freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
• Partner with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to align logistics with deployment milestones.
• Oversee carrier selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across all transportation modes.
• Implement tracking and inventory management systems to ensure real-time visibility of critical shipments.
• Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure logistics performance and service levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Background supporting large-scale data center, semiconductor, or hyperscale technology environments.
• Expertise in managing high-volume inbound logistics for high-value technology equipment.
• Deep knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, and global trade compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to be primarily onsite at key facilities in the Memphis region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with logistics and supply chain software such as TMS, WMS, or ERP systems.
