What you will do

• Design and lead the company-wide S&OP process to align fleet demand, production, supply readiness, and financial plans.
• Establish and manage the monthly planning cadence, including demand reviews, supply reviews, and executive alignment.
• Partner with Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a single integrated view of priorities and risks.
• Drive scenario analysis and trade-off decisions related to demand changes, supply constraints, and capacity.
• Develop and track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, plan attainment, and inventory health.
• Create executive-ready communications and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in reporting and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading planning processes across operations, finance, and manufacturing functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, technology hardware, or other complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration.
• Experience scaling S&OP or integrated business planning processes in high-growth companies.
• Proficiency with SAP, S/4HANA, IBP, or related ERP planning systems.
• APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD).
• Experience supporting product launches, fleet operations, or new product introduction (NPI).
