What you will do

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of FCC Operators and Specialists through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own day-to-day FCC operations, including shift coverage, escalation handling, and incident response.
• Define and monitor team KPIs to drive accountability for safety, quality, and rider experience.
• Partner with the Training team to design and continuously improve FCCO training and certification standards.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex rider situations and high-level ridealongs.
• Collaborate with Site Operations and Engineering to provide feedback on deployments and new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience in fleet coordination and route optimization.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of operations experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing a 24/7 operations or command-center environment.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, transit, or rideshare fleet operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
