What you will do

• Manage daily regional operations to ensure trip assignments and execution meet company standards.
• Respond immediately to service delivery failures by identifying and executing alternate solutions.
• Assign trips to operators within margin parameters while tracking availability.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing trends, vendor performance, and supply metrics to inform operational strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and ticketing systems to resolve transportation-related issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management.
• Must be based in one of the 19 approved US states.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating margins and analyzing pricing data.
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to optimize profitability.
• Proficiency in Slack, Excel, and ticketing systems (e.g., Sprinklr).
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
