What you will do
- Manage daily regional operations to ensure trip assignments and execution meet company standards.
- Respond immediately to service delivery failures by identifying and executing alternate solutions.
- Assign trips to operators within margin parameters while tracking availability.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
- Analyze pricing trends, vendor performance, and supply metrics to inform operational strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and ticketing systems to resolve transportation-related issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management.
- Must be based in one of the 19 approved US states.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating margins and analyzing pricing data.
- Experience negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to optimize profitability.
- Proficiency in Slack, Excel, and ticketing systems (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
