What you will do

  • Establish and strengthen a continuous, actionable feedback culture within the organization.
  • Design learning experiences that drive behavioral change and improve overall performance.
  • Define the capabilities required for scaling and systematically build them across the company.
  • Create and implement enablement programs to support managers in becoming stronger leaders.
  • Analyze and optimize the existing performance review process for simplicity and effectiveness.
  • Launch high-impact pilots for manager enablement, feedback loops, and onboarding improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR with a focus on program design.
  • Proven experience taking programs from 0 to 1, including analyzing results and iterations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical approach to execution based on research and thorough foundation building.
  • Must be based in North America.
