• Develop partner ecosystem with marketing services firms for consistent deal flow.
• Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Delivery, and AI teams for execution and conversion.
• Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Proven track record building and scaling partnership revenue channels.
• Experience owning partner relationships and commercial outcomes.
• Strong skills in structuring and closing enterprise partnership agreements.
• Background in AI, SaaS, creative technology, or enterprise consulting.
