What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering, conversational AI agents, and deep learning to create personalized "N of 1" solutions.
• Build and improve ML models to drive behavior change and achieve sustained improvements in metabolic health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical research, and engineering teams to design AI-powered experiences.
• Influence the product roadmap by analyzing member behavior and preferences through continuous data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• 5+ years of industry experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations.
• Proficiency in Python and complex analysis of large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, etc.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal).
• Experience building consumer-facing AI features.
