TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (AI/Medtech): Developing and optimizing AI-driven metabolic health products using Gen AI, AI agents, and deep learning with an accent on personalized recommendations and behavior change. Focus on driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, implementing RAG and advanced prompt engineering, and building "N of 1" solutions for chronic disease prevention.
Location: Must be based in the US and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Salary: $200,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, conversational AI agents, and deep learning to create personalized "N of 1" solutions.
- Build and improve ML models to drive behavior change and achieve sustained improvements in metabolic health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical research, and engineering teams to design AI-powered experiences.
- Influence the product roadmap by analyzing member behavior and preferences through continuous data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- 5+ years of industry experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations.
- Proficiency in Python and complex analysis of large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, etc.
- Must be based in the US and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal).
- Experience building consumer-facing AI features.
