Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop the core platform for Advertiser Copilot using Semantic Kernel to enable intelligent interactions.
• Integrate GenAI models for text, image, and video generation to automate creative asset production.
• Build scalable AI-driven workflows for campaign management within a chat-based UI.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver a powerful advertiser experience.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor other engineers within the team to accelerate technical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to pass the hirify.global Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in CS and 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with Azure/AWS and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in developing secure and scalable REST APIs.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel or other AI integration frameworks.
