What you will do

  • Drive sales volume via high-volume outbound cold calls, lead generation, and closing sales with single-location customers.
  • Connect small businesses with Mindbody solutions through high-energy outreach via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
  • Manage the full sales journey, from first outreach to a signed contract, ensuring a smooth, exciting experience for every client.
  • Deliver engaging demos that showcase how Mindbody products unlock new possibilities for health, wellness, and beauty businesses.
  • Act as a trusted guide for prospective clients, helping them find the best-fit solutions for their unique needs and goals.
  • Track all interactions and opportunities in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other sales tools with precision.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred, with a proven record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Eagerness and confidence to connect through cold calls and thoughtful outreach, always ready to start meaningful conversations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to navigate objections with empathy and ease.
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with an eagerness to grow in a wellness environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce.
