What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of ~25 analysts and project managers, establishing goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
• Define scalable operating models, standardized processes, playbooks, and governance for EHR implementations.
• Own end-to-end EHR integrations for order entry and result reporting across Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
• Serve as executive escalation point for customer challenges and partner with sales throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to align roadmaps and translate client needs into requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in timelines, quality, reporting, and compliance with HL7, FHIR standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or clinical systems implementation
• Deep hands-on experience with Epic integrations (orders, resulting, Beaker); willingness to obtain Epic certification
• Proven experience leading managers and scaling teams (~20+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise sales in pre-sales and client delivery
• Must be US-based for remote work

Nice to have

• Experience with Cerner, Meditech, or Epic Aura integrations
• Familiarity with LIS, LIMS, laboratory workflows
