What you'll do

• Collaborate with team to develop effective OneStream solutions and translate business requirements into functionality.
• Lead client monthly administrative and managed services including helpdesk, performance monitoring, month-end close, reporting, and training.
• Assist with workshops, define implementation strategy, and lead execution of tasks, milestones, and quality assurance.
• Define integration requirements and work with teams to interface OneStream with external applications.
• Ensure superior implementation delivery through project reviews and engagement quality efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS
• 5+ years implementing or optimizing OneStream or other CPM (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive)
• Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream or CPM implementations
• Experience gathering business requirements and implementing OneStream solutions
• Experience with VB.NET, Visual Basic, or C# for business rule writing
• Understanding of consolidated financial statements, corporate finance, accounting processes, delivery methodology, and project management
• OneStream Certifications required
• Ability to lead teams, conduct workshops, and communicate recommendations to clients and teams

Nice to have

• Hyperion EPM/CPM experience
• Broad knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and data modeling
• Team-oriented personality
