What you will do

• Serve as primary onsite client contact, coordinating field staff, subcontractors, and schedules across multiple complex projects.
• Review BOMs, drawings, matrices; track inventory, hours, milestones, issues, and redlines/RFIs via OneNote.
• Run large/long-duration projects, delegate tasks, mentor technicians, and ensure quality per DIV28 specs.
• Troubleshoot installations, handle escalations, and communicate proactively with PMs and supervisors.
• Maintain safety protocols, PPE usage, and site readiness documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in electronic security installations (ACS, CCTV, intercoms); admin skills in Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam.
• Proficiency with systems: Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, DMP.
• Knowledge of mechanical retrofitting, network interfaces, PC admin for IP cameras/devices.
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, clean criminal record, security clearance eligibility (DCJS, TS); active passport preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor’s preferred; able to lift 40lbs, work on construction sites.
