Installation Associate 1 (Audio-Visual): Installing and configuring audio-visual components and VTC suites for government networks with an accent on hardware installation, cabling, and infrastructure upgrades. Focus on integrating AV hardware, terminating fiber/copper cables, and maintaining classified network operations.

Location: On-site in Fayetteville, NC. Must possess a Secret clearance and be medically fit for OCONUS deployment

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Annually

What you will do

• Install AV hardware, cabling, equipment racks, and patch panels.
• Terminate all types of standard IT cable and fiber.
• Operate and maintain audio-visual components, systems, and video teleconferencing suites.
• Use technical AV/IT drawings to conduct integration processes.
• Perform inventories of project materials and submit reports via ServiceNow.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and operations maintenance for worldwide classified networks.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (with ability to attain TS).
• Active U.S. Passport and U.S. Driver's License.
• Medically/Physically fit for OCONUS deployment under USCENTCOM Medical Standards.
• Ability to travel CONUS & OCONUS 25%-50% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in austere environments.
• Must attain AVIXA Certified Technology Specialists (CTS) within 180 days of employment.

Nice to have

• Active TS or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience with SCIF processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Dante AVB, or AV over IP systems.
• BICSI Infrastructure, Copper, and Fiber Certifications.
• Experience with UPS and basic PC functionality (firmware, drivers, video cards).
