What you will do

• Lead physical security design efforts across multiple data center projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of security system design, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection solutions.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants, validating design deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Conduct site evaluations and translate functional security requirements into detailed engineering documentation.
• Develop and evolve security design standards, templates, and scalable frameworks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, on-site inspections, and final acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting within complex infrastructure or data center environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, security, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection).
• Proven experience producing detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Must be based in the United States and meet security screening requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam or specialized project management platforms.
