What you will do

• Perform all aspects of testing and maintenance for electrical power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex electrical systems, simple relay systems, and power metering.
• Conduct low and medium voltage switchgear testing through the 15 kV class.
• Lead projects and perform simple power system studies, including short circuit and protective device coordination.
• Develop written job proposals, including cost estimates, man-hour projections, and scope pricing.
• Generate detailed technical reports and process job billing using computer systems.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Passed NETA (National Electrical Testing Association) exam.
• Graduate Engineer (BSEE/BSME) OR Technical School/Military graduate with 3+ years of experience, OR High School diploma with 4+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA, and NFPA standards.
• Strong experience in switchgear testing through the 15 kV class.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel up to 50% (including international).
