What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, create business cases, and ensure technology solutions meet standards.
• Build and lead project teams, assign roles, motivate members, and foster collaborative environment.
• Coordinate across organizational functions, identify risks/issues/dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors/stakeholders/executives, deliver status reports and communications.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 4–8 years project management experience with medium to large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Life and Employee Benefits Insurance.
• Experience across multiple lines of business/product areas; proven budget/timeline management.
• Excellent communication skills including executive-level; strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Certification/coursework in Project Management (CAPM, PMP).
• Experience in technology-driven environments or IT project delivery.
