What you will do

• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with projects.
• Supervise and manage the performance and development of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Collaborate with building personnel to achieve corporate goals regarding quality, service, cost, and profit.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
• Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Must be based in Sacramento, California.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
