What you will do

• Prepare agendas, master project budgets, and timelines to meet objectives and client needs
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across all project phases
• Assist in selecting, contracting, and overseeing consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring on costs and impacts
• Monitor execution of services related to client agreements for project management and tenant improvements
• Collaborate with account managers, facility teams, clients, and owners

Requirements

• Location: Denver, Colorado, USA
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years directly related experience in engineering/construction project accountability
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
