About the Role

You will own the product operating system end to end. You will define and run planning and prioritization rituals, manage roadmap and launch reviews, and run launches across cards, payments, and platform. You will build partner feedback loops, create tooling, dashboards, release notes, and documentation, and partner with product managers to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives. You will drive metrics hygiene, run postmortems and decision logs, and remove operational friction to make the product org faster and more reliable.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience in product-led companies
• Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts
• Senior autonomous operator who can define problems, drive plans, and own outcomes
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, payment systems, and blockchain concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external partners, engineering teams, and executives
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly, measure impact, and iterate

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence including planning, prioritization, roadmap and launch reviews
• Run launch motions end to end across cards, payments, and platform
• Build and run partner feedback loops and synthesize partner input into prioritized product signal
• Stand up tooling, dashboards, release notes, and internal documentation
• Partner with product managers to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives touching support, compliance, partnerships, and finance
• Drive operational excellence through metrics hygiene, postmortems, and decision logs
• Identify and remove process, tooling, communication, and decision-making friction
