Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada) — 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Own and drive the execution of a key product area within Money Flow from ideation to delivery.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with the long-term vision, balancing features, technical debt, and experimentation.
• Translate regulatory changes and rulebooks into actual money flows and functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to manage technical constraints and ensure high-quality delivery cycles.
• Gather client feedback to identify needs and opportunities for seamless global money movement.
• Mentor new or junior team members on product processes and payment contexts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid work model.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting (Accenture or Big4) specifically within financial services or payments transformation projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Fintech or Banking working directly within the payment chain.
• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience in Fintech launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
• Deep technical fluency in payment schemes including SWIFT, EFTs, and ACH API implementation.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience operating in high-growth scale-up environments.
