What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, covering discovery, prioritization, delivery, and launch.
• Drive development initiatives to enhance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
• Translate regulatory frameworks (MiCA, EMI, CASP/VASP, DORA) into concrete product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and executive leadership to align priorities and execution.
• Oversee delivery cadence and coordinate smooth launches across multiple global hubs.
• Take full ownership of product outcomes, including delivery risks and operational performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto startups.
• Proven track record of launching financial products end-to-end.
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments (EMI, VASP, MiCA, PSD2).
• Literacy in API and system architecture.
• Fluent English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work within EU working hours.
