What you will do

• Own and execute the roadmap for the Core Send experience to improve transaction success and user retention.
• Partner with Ops and Engineering to simplify complex back-end financial processes into an intuitive UI.
• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver high-impact features from initial analysis to post-launch experimentation.
• Utilize data tools like Amplitude and Looker to identify funnel friction and validate product decisions.
• Collaborate with AI teams to make chat-based transaction management more efficient and self-serving.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, blending corporate structure with startup agility.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and high proficiency in English.
• Deep understanding of the LatAm market; experience in Fintech or Payments is a significant plus.
• Advanced data analytical skills using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Omni, or Looker.
• Technical proficiency to engage with design docs, API contracts, and system architecture discussions.
