What you will do
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online portal.
- Train end-users on phone, mobile, and web applications.
- Troubleshoot message delivery and content issues, identifying root causes and making configuration changes.
- Design, configure, and deploy custom applications to meet workflow needs.
- Build and revise user accounts following best practices.
- Collaborate with customer success, integration, and technical teams on escalated issues.
Requirements
- Must be located within the United States.
- Able to start on June 8, 2026.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must speak English.
- High customer empathy and service skills.
- Access to high-speed internet; camera on during meetings.
- Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays (night shifts available).
