What you will do

• Provide technical support for the Claims suite, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Perform claims conversions from legacy systems to Claim Source.
• Review and optimize internal processes to improve system efficiency and automation.
• Handle complex database tasks and maintenance.
• Document technical solutions and communicate status to internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a computing environment.
• Experience with 837 format and UB04/1500/ADA paper forms.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding systems.
• Basic project management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
