Bilingual Clinical Support Specialist (Healthcare): Utilizing 's SaaS platform to make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for medication management interventions with an accent on patient engagement, issue resolution, and accurate documentation. Focus on optimizing patient outcomes, scheduling appointments, and escalating clinical issues in a high-volume call center environment.
Location: Remote (United States). Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States. Required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year.

What you will do
- Engage patients over the phone to explain clinical programs like medication adherence, therapy management, and reviews
- Manage outbound and inbound calls, meeting performance metrics for outreach, engagement, and documentation
- Escalate medication and health issues to pharmacists and obtain provider/patient information for interventions
- Accurately document interactions in 's platform and follow up to resolve issues
- Schedule appointments, assist with referrals/authorizations, and send educational materials
- Participate in process improvement and team meetings
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Vietnamese; comfortable discussing medications and healthcare
- Bachelor's in Health Sciences or related preferred; healthcare certification (e.g., Pharmacy Technician) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication names
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills: Google Workspace, Mac, Slack, Five9, high typing speed, multi-system navigation
- Ability to work 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri 6AM-6PM PT, up to 2 rotating Saturday shifts/month)
- Reliable private workspace, low-latency internet for video/voice calls
- Pass background check; live in and eligible to work in US

- Experience with electronic medical records or ambulatory care
- High-volume healthcare call center or patient-facing experience
