What you will do
- Perform outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in clinical cases.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound call queues while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with pharmacists to escalate medication-related and health-related issues.
- Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions accurately within the SaaS platform.
- Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments between patients and clinical pharmacists.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Care team to optimize workflows and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field (preferred) or equivalent healthcare/call center experience.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and brand/generic medication names.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Mac environment, and contact-center tools (e.g., Five9, Slack).
- Ability to work 40 hours/week within 6AM-6PM Pacific Time, including rotating Saturdays.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice to have
- Healthcare certification (e.g., Certified Pharmacy Technician, Certified Medical Assistant).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Experience in ambulatory care or high-volume healthcare call centers.
