Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $21.00 - $24.10 per hour

What you will do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls to provide empathetic, member-centered support.
  • Explain benefits coverage, cost-sharing concepts (deductibles, copays), and eligibility details.
  • Confirm in-network providers and update member account information.
  • Guide members through enrollment and scheduling for virtual care programs.
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems to ensure continuity of care.
  • Meet or exceed targets for quality audits and member satisfaction (MSAT).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service/healthcare experience OR 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Availability for a 3-week paid training period (10 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST, Mon-Fri) with no planned time off permitted.
  • Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office with reliable internet.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines and member confidentiality.
