What you will do
- Serve as the senior strategic lead and primary point of accountability for high-value enterprise partnerships.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders through QBRs and annual planning.
- Drive long-term account strategy, aligning client business objectives with agency priorities and growth targets.
- Lead commercial renewal discussions, forecasting, and scope development to ensure retention and growth.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Strategy.
- Synthesize complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive review.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of directing enterprise engagements with $25M+ monthly media oversight.
- Must be based in the US within the specific allowed states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT).
- Experience leading executive-level conversations and connecting marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Background in agency or consulting environments working with cross-functional teams.
