Location: San Francisco, CA (remote co-located team anchored in hubs across US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Australia)
Salary: $240K – $285K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Develop and scale breakthrough brand platforms and fully integrated campaigns across digital, TV, OOH, audio, partnerships, creators, and experiential activations.
- Own major cultural moments like Comic Con and build consent calendars embedding into culture.
- Serve as connective tissue across paid media, creative, analytics, finance, social, product marketing, and partnerships.
- Manage brand budgets, make investment decisions, and establish scalable systems and processes.
- Define success metrics, implement brand lift and incrementality measurement, and optimize creative/channel mix.
- Provide creative leadership, manage agencies, and build a high-performing brand team over time.
Requirements
- Significant experience launching and scaling multi-channel brand campaigns at meaningful budget levels in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise across digital, TV, OOH, audio, partnerships, and experiential activations.
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact from brand investments.
- Strong integration instincts connecting creative, media, measurement, and activations.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational and analytical rigor; lead without formal authority.
- Builder mindset energized by shaping foundational functions.
