Location: Fully remote across the United States. Occasional travel required for client meetings, conferences, or team gatherings.
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for large, complex direct mail programs from concept through optimization.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling campaigns across channels.
- Serve as strategic partner to clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending adjustments.
- Mentor team members, contribute to business development, and ensure high standards of quality and impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally in nonprofit or agency
- Proven experience leading large, complex direct mail programs
- Strong client management skills and building long-term relationships
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication, including client presentations
