What you will do

• Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for large, complex direct mail programs from concept through optimization.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling campaigns across channels.
• Serve as strategic partner to clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending adjustments.
• Mentor team members, contribute to business development, and ensure high standards of quality and impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally in nonprofit or agency
• Proven experience leading large, complex direct mail programs
• Strong client management skills and building long-term relationships
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client presentations
