Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead strategy for 3–4 key client accounts, developing integrated digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement programs.
- Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with testing, segmentation, and optimization.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients, presenting insights, opportunities, and performance results.
- Guide creative direction and collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Supervise and mentor Digital team members while contributing to innovation and new business efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing digital marketing or fundraising campaigns, ideally in agency or nonprofit
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience
- Proven client relationship leadership and high-level strategy influence
- Deep knowledge of digital fundraising channels, tools, and metrics
- Experience with fundraising CRMs and marketing platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks, Salesforce, EveryAction, Classy)
- Strong project management for multiple complex initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, including client presentations
- Experience managing and developing teams

- Working knowledge of HTML and digital advertising platforms
