What you will do

• Build the performance measurement foundation by defining KPIs and designing AI-assisted tracking workflows to surface program impacts.
• Define and lead the GTM AI strategy, driving internal alignment and accelerating operations through automation.
• Develop AI-native tooling for new GTM projects, such as automated outbound sales approaches, to achieve KPIs.
• Create and execute the strategy for the self-serve marketplace platform, including the technology roadmap and product prioritization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in GTM roles, including operations, strategy, strategic partnerships, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of defining and operationalizing KPIs and communicating performance to executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows and automation tools.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities to build business cases and present data-driven insights.
• Must be based in the United States.
