What you will do

• Administer agency training, assignments, and reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create and update training materials using tools such as Canva, Articulate Rise, and PowerPoint.
• Manage new hire onboarding and DiSC training assignments.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site culture initiatives, including logistics, vendor payments, and event setup.
• Gather and analyze initiative data using SurveyMonkey, PowerBI, and the LMS.
• Support Office Operations to ensure the workspace is productive and presentable for staff and guests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources or Learning roles.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Ability to design and develop engaging learning and communication materials.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on feet regularly.
