What you will do

• Design and implement training programs, including onboarding, policy updates, and role-specific development for the Inside Sales team.
• Identify training gaps using data and performance reviews to create targeted remediation programs.
• Deliver training via various methods such as e-learning, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and simulations.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
• Measure and report on training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback surveys.
• Coach representatives on call-flow execution, including discovery and objection handling, using live calls and recordings.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of experience leading training programs, specifically for inside sales or high-volume call centers.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training and onboarding initiatives.
• Experience coaching in a metrics-driven environment (conversion rates, talk time, close rates).
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
