TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Americas-wide learning programs, including leadership development, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Build blended learning solutions comprising e-learning, virtual instructor-led sessions, microlearning, and cohort experiences.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and translate findings into actionable L&D roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
- Own the Workday LMS strategy for the Americas, focusing on content architecture and reporting.
- Establish measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI) to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Implement emerging learning technologies, including AI-driven personalization and generative AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR or talent experience, with at least 4 years in a dedicated L&D, OD, or talent management role.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable business impact.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to learning, such as adaptive platforms or predictive skill analytics.
- CPTD certification (ATD) or equivalent professional credentials.
