Location: Must be located in the Pacific Northwest (USA) near a major airport; travel expectation > 50%
Salary: $200,000 - $360,000 USD

What you will do
- Implement strategies to introduce new products and technologies to existing customers.
- Drive expansion of departmental usage and facilitate upgrades within the hospital customer install base.
- Build, lead, and manage the Customer Account Management (CAM) teams within the assigned region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers from purchase through integration and ongoing usage.
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, hospital management, and administration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align efforts with strategic organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of recent medical sales experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of management experience.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with physicians and hospital administration.
- Must be based in the Pacific Northwest near a major airport.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
Nice to have
- Experience as an RN supporting sales teams.
- Startup experience or familiarity with disruptive technology.
- Clinical experience in a neuro ICU.
- Medical device experience.
