Salary: $265,000 – $295,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and coach a regional sales team to exceed commercial targets.
• Develop and execute a regional business plan for territory optimization and market growth.
• Build enduring relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in developmental pediatrics, neurology, and medical genetics.
• Lead field execution for the Zenith™ portfolio, navigating complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Managed Care to refine the value proposition and patient access.
• Utilize Salesforce metrics and data-driven insights to forecast and improve regional performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in biotech, pharma, or diagnostic sales.
• At least 3 years of proven success in a sales leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the rare disease landscape, specifically medical genetics or pediatric specialty markets.
• Must be based in the West US Region.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in Life Sciences is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% or more).
