What you will do

• Formulate and implement territory sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Develop new markets and execute action plans to penetrate key accounts.
• Establish strategic partnerships with government organizations, research institutions, and universities.
• Coordinate with business units and marketing teams on new product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales planning, forecasting, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must be based in Vietnam.
• Preferably 2-3 years of technical sales or application experience in the test and measurement industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
• High motivation and ability to perform under significant pressure.
