Location: Hybrid (3 days return to office) in Singapore or Vietnam

What you will do
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Drive adoption of testing and automation solutions within a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and deliver accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasting.
- Engage C-level and senior IT leaders to align solutions with their strategic business drivers.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
- Contribute insights to the global go-to-market strategy and the development of sales best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, including 3+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions specifically to IT personas.
- Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management with a focus on predictable revenue outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or Outreach.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office (Singapore/Vietnam).
