What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex calendars.
• Maintain ATS accuracy by monitoring candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.
• Draft offer letters and manage pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.
• Review job descriptions and monitor applicant funnel performance to flag issues.
• Manage job posting activities across various boards and hiring channels.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers globally to ensure fast execution.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
• Exposure to recruitment metrics or job posting optimization.
• Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or general operations.
